Providing the Tools to Turn One-Time Donors into Yearly Donors
This hour-long workshop will provide participants with the right tools and analysis framework to properly employ a donor retention focused program into their nonprofit’s revenue management operations. During this session, there will be a primary presentation on the importance of donor retention using cutting edge research from the Fundraising Effectiveness Project as well as insight into North Texas giving behavior.
